Lady Gaga likes alternative therapies and she’s seen on Instagram getting a massage in her arm. “I was so overwhelmed by the empathy, confessions and personal stories of chronic pain in response to my previous post I thought what the hell,” she wrote. “Maybe I should just share some of my personal remedies I’ve acquired over the past five years. Everyone’s body and condition is different, U should consult [with your] Dr., but what the heck, here we go!”
Gaga experiences body spasms and when that happens she turns to an infrared sauna where she wraps herself in Marley silver emergency blankets. Then she finishes the treatment with a very cold bath or ice bath, or cold packs where she has pain.
“Modern medicine isn’t going to do it all, but it definitely helps,” she says. The most important thing she emphasizes on is getting your chronic pain checked out by your doctor because it can help rule out more serious conditions.
