Las Ensaladas Preparadas en Bolsas Podrían Tener Más Bacteria

Las ensaladas preparadas en bolsas podrían promover el crecimiento de las bacteria de la salmonella, informan unos investigadores.

Encontraron que incluso los ligeros daños producidos en las hojas en las bolsas de ensalada liberaban jugos que favorecían la propagación de la salmonella.prepackaged salad

Estos jugos de la ensalada también favorecían la capacidad de la bacteria para formar biofilmes, que se aferran con fuerza a las superficies que cubren. Esto hace que sea difícil lavar las bacterias de los productos agrícolas, según los investigadores.
