20 Minute Beginner Plyometric Workout
Are you ready to check it out? If you’ve never done plyometrics before, we advise you to seek advice from a trainer or your healthcare professional, since it takes a good understanding of posture and movement.
The workout below is performed in two circuits with three exercises each. Once you work through a single set of each exercise, rest for one to two minutes and repeat for the prescribed number of sets. After you finish all three rounds of the first circuit, rest for three minutes and move on to the second circuit. Let’s get started:
