A vegetarian lifestyle consists of eating no meat and is based on cereals, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. Following a vegetarian diet is not an easy thing to do, but it has many health benefits. Eating too much meat regularly puts you at risk for not only obesity, but heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. This is why if you’re a meat-eater you have to limit the consumption of meat. Even if you’re not a vegetarian, it’s good to go meatless at least once a week and add fruits and vegetables to your daily meals.
