Her lowest point was when she wasn’t able to go an hour without cocaine and she would challenge her parents when they were trying to discipline her by telling them, “Try to ground me—I pay your bills.”
Prior to getting sober, she explains that she was a nightmare to work with, but all of that has changed now. “I think what inspires me is remembering that I deserve the best that I can be and also knowing people look at me as a role model—it gives me the fire to continue to be strong.”
One of the things her fans love the most about her is how much she lets them into her life, by sharing photos on Instagram, having Twitter rants when she dislikes something, etc. “I’ve been doing this so long, I literally laugh at the things people say,” she says. “You’re not going to agree with everybody and you’re not going to please everybody.”
When asked what she wants to be when she grows up, she answered:
“That’s easy. Me.”
