Triceps push-ups
Lie face down with your forearms, palms and knees on a mat. Keeping your knees on the mat, straighten your arms and push your torso and thighs up. Slowly lower your body to complete the rep. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Arm Circles
Do you remember back in grade school when the gym teacher used to make you do arm circles? Well, keep doing them. Rotate your arm in small circles then big circles, do as many rotations as you can, you will definitely feel the burn.
Chair Dip
Grab the front of the seat of a chair with your hands and lower yourself legs extended, feet flexed. Use your arms to lift yourself off the chair, make sure you bend your elbows. Do 12 reps.
Triangle Pushup
Start in a plank position, then walk hands together until your thumbs and forefingers form a triangle. Do a complete push-up, if it’s too hard lower your knees. Do 12 reps.
Pike Pushup
Start in an inverted-V pike position with your hands and feet on the floor. Lift your butt up high, then lower left forearm to the floor, then the right. Straighten left elbow, then right. Do 4 reps, then reverse order and do 4 more.
As you can see, there are a variety of variations that you can do to get the toned arms that you want. Getting sexy arms is not rocket science, but you definitely have to put in the work.
