The great thing about working your arms is that you don’t need to spend a lot of time. Mario Lopez does a little bit of everything, including yoga, boxing and a 3-round circuit training workout that includes just 4 simple exercises, each 8-12 reps.
Many of us can’t lift as much as Mario Lopez and that’s totally fine. You can begin your arm workout by using 5 lb. dumb bells or whatever works for you. Some our favorite arm workouts don’t even require equipment.
