Good Skin

Most dermatologists and makeup artists say that it doesn’t matter how expensive the makeup is, if your skin looks bad, so will your makeup. This is why if you want great skin, you have to drink plenty of water. Drinking infused water with lemon and cucumber is great to keep your skin looking fresh and hydrated. Always use a a moisturizer according to your skin type.

Choosing the right makeup could be a difficult task because there’s a lot to choose from, but for a special celebration you want something that won’t make you look shiny. If you’re starting early with dinner with the family, then going out to a party and dancing, you might get sweaty. This is why you have to choose wisely. Choose a foundation that is long-lasting and matte, this will keep the oiliness to a minimum and use blotting sheets to remove any excess oil. If you have dark circles under your eyes you can use a concealer to hide imperfections. There are various methods that you can use to highlight your face and cheekbones such as contouring or strobing.

Some women take their eyebrows for granted, but make sure you get your eyebrows done professionally. Personally, I like getting my eyebrows threaded every 2 weeks, but some prefer getting them waxed or plucked. It doesn’t matter how you get them done, just make sure they are done right. For great eyebrows, it’s important to use primer, then a brow pencil to shade them in. Finally use an eyebrow brush to comb them and some eyebrow powder to fill them in.
