In a recent Instagram post, Thalia showed us how she sneaks in a mini workout while out at the park with her daughter.

She shared a video where she’s pushing her daughter who’s on a swing. “If don’t push hard, she gets made at me! And when there is no time to go to the gym, any activity is good to tone your body. There’s no excuses, mothers! Let’s do this!”
