Diaz found love last year and married Good Charlotte guitarist, Benji Madden who couldn’t be more proud of his wife’s accomplishment. “She wakes up everyday on a mission to try and make the world a better place. I’m always amazed by the courage, strength and vulnerability she shows, relentlessly encouraging other women to love themselves. It has been amazing to get to watch her journey with her new book!”
The blond beauty with Cuban roots has always been praised for her natural beauty and super fit body. “I don’t look at exercise as a chore. I look at it as something I get to do. I am grateful that I can move my body that way,” said Diaz in an interview with Shape. She’s constantly working out, doing exercises like lunges, squats, mountain climbers, pushups and planks, to name a few.
“I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging—how to do it with strength, grace, health and wisdom,” she says. The book is set to be released in April of 2016–we can’t wait!
